At PRC-Saltillo, our mission is to provide voices to children and adults who are unable to communicate effectively with their natural voices. Each year, we support thousands of individuals through specialized communication devices and software that empower people with Autism, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, Aphasia, and other conditions. Our work opens doors to education, employment, and fuller participation in life.
As a Funding Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring individuals receive access to communication devices by managing and processing funding applications through Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. You’ll work closely with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams to support timely and accurate funding approvals, making a direct impact on the lives of those we serve.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process funding applications for a designated region from receipt through order confirmation.
Enter new funding applications into the database and review submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with customers, clinical teams, and internal staff to provide status updates and ensure alignment.
Verify insurance coverage and benefits through web portals, phone calls, and third-party software.
Education and Experience
High school diploma required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
