Responsibilities:
Process client funding transactions with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related
issues or discrepancies promptly.
Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to
established procedures.
Provide assistance to clients regarding funding inquiries, offering guidance on available payment
options, and addressing any concerns or questions related to their accounts.
Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and associated documentation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures,
aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and
retention through competitive funding options.
Perform reconciliation procedures, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of the company's
financial transactions.
Conduct the payment process, accurately processing payments associated with the company's
financial transactions.
Carry out reporting procedures, preparing various financial reports for the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and Forex trading.
Familiarity with client funding processes, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the financial industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
