With our extremely simple end-of-lease process anyone with a leased vehicle can easily determine the best purchase options for their situation. Lease End is a fast-growing financial technology company based in Southern Idaho. We're committed to empowering auto-lease owners with the tools and resources for an easy, stress-free exit from their lease. The automotive industry is purposefully making the end-of-lease experience difficult on consumers, and we are looking for a Funding Clerk to help be a crucial part of the end-of-lease process.

Job duties:

Send contracts to customers for signature

Send documents to banks so deals can be funded

Place and answer phone calls

Provide excellent customer service

Other functions to support the sales effort as needed

The best candidates will have the following:

Experience in a financial setting such as banking, automotive accounting, payment processing, or general financing.

Experience with titles and/or legal documents, especially vehicle titles, or other administrative experience in an office setting.

Great organizational skills. Precision and attention to detail are key in this role!

Motivation to solve problems and implement solutions.

Good people skills that enable you to engage with others to obtain information critical to your transactions.

Willingness to listen and consider criticism, feedback, or suggestions.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and an ability to learn other software systems.

8-hour shift, Tuesday-Saturday (Monday's off!)
