About Role

We are seeking a motivated Fund Operation Specialist to join our Middle Office Business team. Joining this dynamic and rapidly expanding team offers you the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals on various challenging projects. You will have direct opportunities to contribute and gain recognition for your work.

Responsibilities:
•
General fund accounting operations

•
Stock short sell reporting

•
Preparation of internal/external fund reports and public disclosures

•
Other administration and operational support tasks

Requirements:
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year university

•
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting and operational support within the asset management industry. Especially, hands on experience in managing long short equity product, including leverage, stock borrow / short selling, and total return swap

• Proficiency in English communication.

Preferred:
•
Availability: Preference for candidates who can commence employment starting July 2026

•
Certification: Relevant financial certifications are highly preferred
