Fund Management Analyst (m/f/x)

Hamburg-based asset manager for clean energy infrastructure is looking for a Fund Management Analyst (m/f/x).

Your responsibilities

As Fund Management Analyst (m/f/x), your tasks will focus on the following areas:

Supporting the day-to-day management of investment funds in the renewable energy sector, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Collaborating across departments in the evaluation and onboarding of new renewable energy projects for the investment fund portfolios.
Assisting with product development tasks and contributing to the implementation of fund strategies in cooperation with external legal advisors.
Supporting the preparation and coordination of investor and stakeholder reports.
Assisting in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of track record monitoring systems, including data collection, processing, and visualization across portfolios and investment funds.
Become familiar with external fundraising activities and support communication with investors to maintain strong investor relationships.
Managing communication and stakeholder interaction with the Luxembourg-based AIFM.
Supporting the annual audit process and contributing to valuation activities of the investment funds.
Contributing to ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reporting Quality.
Your profile
Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, finance, law, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant professional experience; experience in renewable energy, fund management, or in a financial or consulting firm is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English skills and strong communication abilities.
High affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; VBA and Power BI skills are a plus.
Independent, structured, and committed working style.
