Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Operations

• Support FA service delivery, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards
• Oversee NAV calculation, reconciliation, valuation, reporting, and related accounting processes

2. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Assist the department head in implementing company policies, internal controls, and risk management requirements
• Ensure departmental operations comply with local and group regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits

3. Internal Management

• Support the department head in ensuring the team has sufficient capability to handle both BAU operations and new business needs

4. Projects & Stakeholder Management

• Participate in FA-related projects, process improvements, and system initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
