Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

The Fund Accountant is responsible to administer the portfolios of unit-linked funds deposited within the various custodian banks.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

The calculation of Net Asset Valuations for the portfolios of unit-linked funds.

The execution of all controls in relation to the calculation of Net Asset Valuations including the cash & securities reconciliation, the analysis of variances, the reconciliation of units, etc…

The relation with internal teams to make sure that all transactions in relation to unit-linked funds are booked accurately & timely.

The communication with custodian banks in Luxembourg and abroad to make sure that reporting flows are optimally designed.

The handling of all internal & external queries in relation to the portfolio of unit-linked funds.

The fulfilment of regulatory requirements in relation to the portfolio of unit-linked funds such as EMIR reporting of derivatives, identification of major shareholding reporting, etc…

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Fund Accountant?

Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field,

An experience in fund accounting or in a similar position would be considered as an asset,

An experience in a life insurance sector position would be considered as an asset,

Pro-active, motivated and eager to learn and grow in fast paced working environment,

Flexible, excellent team player and have a positive attitude towards problem solving issues,

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and able to work under tight deadlines,

Demonstrate an analytical and rigorous approach as well as being client-service oriented,

Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment,

Good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially excel),

Fluency in English is mandatory (any additional European language would be considered as an advantage).
