Releases implementeren, software upgraden en workflows soepel laten verlopen. Voor sommige mensen klinkt dit als abracadabra, maar jij wordt juist helemaal blij wanneer je deze begrippen hoort. Als Functioneel Beheerder bij YouServe ben je de drijvende kracht achter het optimaliseren van HR-software. Dit maakt jou erg enthousiast, want jij helpt bedrijven en medewerkers graag om op de meest efficiënte wijze gebruik te maken van hun HR-software.

Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid over het beheer van diverse HR-applicaties, o.a. AFAS Profit en onze online leeromgeving Academy. Dagelijks ondersteun je interne en externe gebruikers, pak je issues op en neem je wijzigingsverzoeken aan. Zo zorg je dat alle gebruikers van onze software tevreden blijven.

Je houdt je bezig met het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten van softwareleveranciers en kijkt of deze van toegevoegde waarde zijn voor ons en onze gebruikers. Jij zorgt dat de software functioneel blijft draaien en neemt daarin altijd de eisen en wensen van zowel de organisatie als gebruikers mee. Daarnaast verzorg je standaard managementrapportages en bouw je op verzoek nieuwe rapportages.

• je voert changes door in de systemen;

• je ondersteunt de product developer indien nodig;

• je lost vragen en problemen op die binnenkomen via het ticketsysteem;

• je fungeert als schakel in het operationele proces;

• je houdt je bezig met jaarlijks terugkerende activiteiten, zoals ondersteuning bij het jaarwerk van de payrollafdeling en nieuwe releases van AFAS testen en live zetten;

• je maakt rapportages en voert mutaties door.
