Functional Test Technician

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection.

• Set up and run functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
• Read technical drawings and work instructions like a pro
• Use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications
• Identify and work to correct issues
• Keep quality and productivity at the forefront of everything
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking
• Support your team — train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints

• Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures

• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators

• Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)

• Ability to accurately read and interpret analog pressure gauges

• A high school diploma or GED

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Hourly Rate Range:  $23.00 - $28.00 Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
