Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user-ready digital solutions.

🚀 Main Responsabilities:

·       Conducting onboarding/offboarding of employees

·       Coordination of training activities

·       Planning, preparation, execution, and moderation of meetings

·       Creation of project and time plans

·       Preparation of project milestone overviews

·       Support with procurement tasks

·       Maintenance of project documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira

·       Creation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

·       Support in communication between project members

🛠️ Your Skills:

·       Knowledge and extensive practical experience in project management office

·       Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

·       Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

·       Strong MS Office skills (including MS Project)

·       Strong team skills

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills, also in an international context

·       Knowledge in banking/payment systems

Must have

o    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT or economics, finance

o    Experience: 3+ years in Software Testing (project management activities are also valid)

Appreciated

First professional experience in the field of project management

(Hybrid work, with 1/2 days of work in the office in MADRID per week)
