We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Functional Lead (Product Consultant) to join our dynamic support and delivery team. As a vital link between our products and our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers leverage our offerings to create outstanding experiences for their end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain and maintain an expert-level understanding of Meniga’s product suite and services, with a particular focus on our APIs and integration capabilities.
Deeply understand our approach to experience design, embodying Meniga’s standards in all customer interactions.
Lead functional workshops and design sprints with clients, facilitating the seamless integration of our solutions into their environments.
Work closely with our customers to define and document precise functional requirements for integration projects.
Address functional inquiries, providing clear, insightful answers and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization.
Serve as a bridge between customers and our internal teams (Product Management and Sales), conveying crucial feedback and requirements gleaned during integration projects.
What We’re Looking For:
A deep-seated passion for enhancing financial service experiences.
Exceptional knowledge of financial services UX and the ability to apply this expertise in a B2B product context.
Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding complex product capabilities and devising optimal integration strategies.
Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Articulate communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations.
A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively within diverse teams and contribute to a shared vision.
Experience in conducting workshops, design sprints, and training sessions, with a knack for transferring knowledge in accessible and impactful ways.
Ability to work 2 days a week from the office
