Title: Functional Consultant – Vendor Invoice Management & SAP S/4 HANA Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) application and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of professional experience in SAP functional consulting, with a proven ability to coordinate across SAP teams and external application vendors to ensure seamless project execution, timely issue resolution, and successful delivery within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional consulting activities for Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integration with SAP S/4 HANA.

Collaborate with SAP teams and VIM vendors to design, configure, and implement integration solutions.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate invoice management processes and workflows.

Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.

Provide functional expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and integration points.

Act as a liaison between business users, SAP teams, and vendors to ensure effective communication.

Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to invoice management and integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience.

Strong knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) application and its integration with SAP S/4 HANA.

Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance/Accounts Payable modules preferred.

Proven ability to manage vendor coordination and issue resolution in complex projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The pay range for this role is $135,000 to $185,000 per annum.
