Job Description

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Working arrangement: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (3 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain and retail operations.
• Design, configure, and implement O9/Relex solutions tailored to meet specific client needs.
• Conduct system testing, validating functionality and adherence to business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to ensure successful adoption of the new systems.
• Lead project meetings, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure all project-related activities are on track.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and process flows.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and updates in O9/Relex functionalities to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional consulting with a focus on O9/Relex ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications.
