📌 Functional Consultant (Global SaaS Spend Management Platform)

Launchpad Technologies is partnering with a global leader in cloud-based spend management and AP automation solutions, used by thousands of organizations worldwide to streamline procurement, accounts payable workflows, and financial operations. We are building a specialized Professional Services team that will support international customers during the implementation of this cutting-edge SaaS platform. We are looking for a Functional Consultant who enjoys working with complex financial processes, guiding customers through digital transformation, and driving workflow efficiency.

🗓 Start date: February 2026📆 Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, 100% Remote🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm PST

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and help them optimize financial workflows through the spend-management platform.

• Analyze customer data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance automation and process efficiency.

• Configure system modules based on best practices and project needs.

• Educate customers on newly released features and explain their business impact.

• Support testing cycles, user adoption, and go-live phases.

• Collaborate with a global Professional Services team (consultants, PMs, solution experts).

• Manage multiple tasks in parallel with strong ownership and organizational skills.

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

• Experience working with cloud-based / SaaS systems.

• Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, Purchase-to-Pay, or similar finance-related workflows.

• Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical work style.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Experience in consulting, finance, or accounting roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or similar field.

• Fluency in English (mandatory for customer-facing interactions).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O, NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
