Devsinc is currently seeking an Associate Functional Consultant to join our team. As an Associate Functional Consultant, you will work closely with the project team to analyze clients' business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the design and implementation of solutions using various technologies and platforms.

• Assist in analyzing customer's business requirements, needs, and objectives to design the solution.
• Assist in preparing solution design and performing gap analysis for critical business requirements not mapped on standard ERP.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications for gaps that require customization for the technical team.
• Assist in conducting process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the solution to the client.
• Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and enable customers to perform UAT and resolve issues encountered.
• Assist in developing data migration strategy & templates.
• Ensure smooth and timely cut-over to ERP by mitigating the risks identified in Data Migration and earlier phases of implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support independently.
• Conduct short-format calls independently (UAT check-ins, support calls, retraining of modules).
• Lead the entire activity of uploading the data in ERP.

Requirements:

• ACCA/CA/MBA/BS Accounting & Finance or Equivalent – Preferably from O/A levels background.
• Around 1 year of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/Dynamics D365 &Ax 2012.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze customer requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, technical teams, and clients.
• Collaborative approach to working well with cross-functional teams and contributing to the solution design.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and propose suitable solutions.
• Customer-centric focus to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail to perform thorough gap analysis and ensure successful data migration.
