Functional Business Analyst-Corporate Internet Banking

Job Description

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst (FBA) with experience in Corporate Internet Banking to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of digital banking solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of corporate banking features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to understand corporate banking services such as payments, transfers, approvals, and account management.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating system functionality.
• Analyze system gaps and propose functional solutions and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and internal standards.
• Provide support during production releases and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Internet Banking systems and processes.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Good understanding of payment modules such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and bulk payments.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with banks or financial institutions.
• Understanding of API integrations and digital banking channels.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in banking.
