We are looking for a highly motivated Functional Application Support Consultant to join our ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) team. This role ensures the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of a booking application used by Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) teams across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solid understanding of financial products and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Production Support
• Manage and resolve technical and functional incidents related to the booking application and its ecosystem.
• Act as the primary point of contact between end users (FO/MO) and IT teams (production, development, business analysts).
• Monitor platform performance and ensure production stability.
• Contribute to release management activities.
Continuous Improvement
• Proactively suggest ways to automate or eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Update support documentation and develop user guides to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with project and IT teams to improve system functionality and overall user experience.
• SQL
• Unix
• ITIL methodologies
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• Understanding of financial markets, specifically debt and cash‑flow instruments
• English: Expert level (written and spoken)
