About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fullstack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing solutions and bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver exceptional client solutions. You will leverage your expertise in modern web technologies to drive projects from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This position requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
• Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment.
• Check the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines.
• Provide techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations, building systems from scratch.
• Support the solutioning team with architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Understand functional and technical designs and architectures to be implemented on ERP systems.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production deployment.
• Implement business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions.
• Write code according to developmental standards to determine the implementation methodology.
• Provide product support and maintenance to clients for specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical problems.
• Create and deploy automation tools/solutions to ensure process optimization and increased efficiency.
• Synchronize technical and functional project requirements, providing solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams.
• Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and off-site support.
• Contribute to customer projects, ensuring quality, adherence to SLAs and ETAs, and timely resolution of tickets.
• Implement change requests and strive for zero customer escalations and high CSAT scores.
• Drive process optimization and reduce the number of steps and tickets raised through automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Fullstack Web Development.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems and their customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
