The Impact You Will Have:

You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications that integrate seamlessly with our advanced AI models and agentic systems. You will work collaboratively with our software engineers, designers and researchers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI products, enabling developers to spend less time fixing issues and more time innovating. You will contribute to the creation of scalable, reliable, and performant solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure.

What You Will Do Daily::
• Design, develop, and maintain 0-to-1 applications for AI-powered solutions focusing on automation, high performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, from design to deployment.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support dynamic web and cloud applications.
• Develop scalable backend services and databases to enhance application performance.
• Architect and design end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
• Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience
• Maintain best practices by following TDD and ensuring unit/integration tests are synced
• Debug and troubleshoot reported issues and incorporate feedback from other stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

The Experience You Will Need: :
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience in building web applications and designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience in developing using Java Spring framework or similar
• Experience developing in Agile practices and principles (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, i.e Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Excellent debugging, optimization skills, communication, and teamwork skills.
