The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with solid experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving engineering team responsible for delivering features end-to-end — from ideation and architecture to deployment and optimization.

A strong understanding of Web3 technologies is required, and prior exposure to crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-based applications will make you stand out. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to build seamless experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Contribute to architecture decisions for front-end and back-end systems.

• Integrate with Web3 technologies (smart contracts, wallets, blockchain APIs, etc.).

• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across distributed systems.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and leadership.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 3+ years working in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar).

• Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS.

• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Contribution to open-source Web3 projects.
