Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer

• Strong expertise in at least one backend language: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go

• Exposure to frontend development (React, Next.js, Vue) or willingness to learn

• Experience building and consuming REST/gRPC APIs and working with auth patterns (OAuth2, JWT)

• Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching (Redis), and search systems

• Experience with system design and production-grade architecture

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

• Strong debugging and production issue handling skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own backend-heavy features end-to-end, with exposure to frontend layers

• Design, build, and scale backend services for high-growth products

• Develop responsive user-facing features when required

• Break down ambiguous product requirements into clear technical tasks

• Contribute to system design and architecture decisions

• Ensure high code quality with strong testing practices

• Improve system observability and production reliability

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions

• Ship iteratively with continuous deployment and fast feedback loops
