Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong .NET and Angular expertise to help us build and enhance the systems that power our clients’ digital operations. You’ll work in a secure, development-minded environment on projects that demand scalability, precision, and a deep understanding of modern application architecture.
As part of a small, agile team, you’ll have the autonomy to lead projects end-to-end — from design and development through deployment — while collaborating with experienced engineers who share your passion for clean, efficient, and secure code.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Manage deployment pipelines and automation through Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Work with MSSQL, leveraging Entity Framework or NHibernate for data access and modeling.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and application packages.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code following best practices and security standards.
• Operate effectively across cloud and on-premise environments as needed.
• Collaborate within an agile, remote-first team while maintaining individual ownership of deliverables.
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, Angular, and Azure DevOps.
• A solid understanding of modern cloud-based development, particularly within Azure.
• Proven experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and related Azure components.
• Expertise in MSSQL and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
• Ability to deliver reliable, scalable software across hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem).
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Nice to Have
While not required, the following would be advantageous:
• Prior involvement in Scrum Master duties or agile delivery processes.
• Exposure to security compliance and governance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or GDPR.
• Familiarity with WPF for desktop or legacy application development.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations or third-party service integrations.
Benefits:
• Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
• Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development
• A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams
• A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input
• Leave Benefits
