About the Role:
• As a Full Stack Developer (React Native & Backend Focused), you will play a key role in designing and building high-performance mobile applications while shaping the core systems that power them.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions, bridging the gap between the mobile frontend and our scalable domain services.
• Leveraging your expertise in both Native mobile layers (Swift/Kotlin) and microservices architecture, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from patching native libraries to optimizing backend data flows.

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for developing high-impact features and optimizing our mobile cargo application along with its core domain services to elevate the platform experience and ensure scalability at every level.
• You will continuously improve yourself with your team members, learning new technologies and acquiring new skills.
• You will participate in planning meetings, estimate tasks, do code reviews and code in pairs.
• You will collaborate closely with product management and UI/UX designers to deliver secure and high-quality mobile experiences.

Expected Qualifications:
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field Being an Agile-minded team player, having good communication skills
• Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship culture, Refactoring, Unit, and Integration Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in crafting high-performance React Native apps while diving deep into Native layers (Swift/Kotlin) to build custom and high-quality libraries.
• Analyzing complex crashes with a detective's mindset and having the technical courage to patch third-party libraries when needed.
• Leveraging your proven professional experience in microservices and REST/stateless API design, you will look beyond BFF layers to actively develop and scale our core domain services across Go, NestJS, and Java environments and expertise in PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch to build fast, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and OTA updates. We don't just follow tasks; we build products. We expect you to propose new features and improvements that go beyond the initial requirements.
• A keen eye for design, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to ensure a flawless user experience. Writing automation with Detox, Maestro, or Jest is a big plus
