Full-Time Temp Cleaner

Elation Properties is seeking a full-time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas and vacated units. This will be a full-time position for the months of June through October and part-time as needed thereafter.

The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. We’re looking for a cleaning and sanitation professional who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that our beloved community is always in good condition and maintained properly.

Job Responsibilities

Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.

Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.

Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.

Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Hours: Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).

Schedule: 5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule (to be set by the Property Manager).

Setting: Apartment Community

Hours per week: 40

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience

Pay Frequency: Biweekly
