About This Role

This position is based in our Eddy branch in South Bend.

The right person will enjoy:

You will primarily serve as a Teller, while also learning and supporting New Accounts responsibilities — giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within the bank.

What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, thoughtful service to every customer

Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Assist customers with opening new accounts and services

Learn and understand the bank’s products and services

Follow established procedures and compliance standards

Maintain an organized, professional workspace

Look for ways to stay productive and support your team throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

A naturally friendly, calm, and professional presence

Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy

Ability to stay self-motivated and productive in a steady-paced environment

Genuine interest in helping people and building relationships

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous banking and New Accounts experience preferred

Dependability and strong attendance

Willingness to learn and grow

Bonus: Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued!

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move coin bags up to 25 pounds

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
