Full Time Supervisor

White Glove Janitorial is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor.  This position requires a highly flexible individual who can adapt to changing operational needs and work a combination of days, nights, and weekends on a regular basis.

This is a working supervisor role that combines team leadership, quality control, training, and hands-on cleaning support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support janitorial staff across various shifts

Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained to company standards

Conduct inspections and address quality concerns promptly

Assist with employee training, scheduling, and shift coverage

Communicate effectively with management and team members

Respond to staffing or operational needs as they arise

Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary

Schedule Requirements

Must be available for nights and weekends

Schedule will vary weekly based on business and staffing needs

Flexibility is essential

Frequent evening and weekend work should be expected

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Ability to work independently and as a team

Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks
