A great team player by supporting co-workers with the ability to work as an individual Must have natural warmth in their approach when engaging with customers and support in developing this across the floor. Comply with the Company and Host store guidelines on service expectations. Demonstrate specialist knowledge of the brands stocked within the department, as well as throughout the store, sharing on this knowledge with the team. Achieve maximum sales of shoes (in addition accessories if applicable) as measured against weekly sales and productivity targets. Ensure that client relationships are being maintained and Client books are being developed. Have full awareness of the department and your colleagues at all times to ensure client engagement. Understand all aspects of brand performance in order to maximise sales and influence trade. Provide concise feedback regarding service and sales to line management on a regular basis. Work closely with the CEA to deliver great service and ensure the customer journey is extraordinary. STORE STANDARDS & OPERATIONS Lead by example in the maintenance and housekeeping of the department’s interior and displays to ensure products are presented to the highest standard. Support in all operations procedures. Participate and conduct team training and morning briefs if/and when required. Always displaying respect to all cultures, religion nominations to foster a safe, friendly working environment. The full understanding of business tools to help maximise sales reports. KPIs Exceed sales targets Exceed in NPS, Mystery Shopper, Productivity target. Increase sales revenue. Meet client capture target (increase in client data & % sales revenue)
