The Opportunity
As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you’ll bring the Starbucks Experience to life by leading all aspects of store operations, driving strong financial results, and creating a welcoming Third Place at the heart of your community. You’ll take pride in running your store as if it were your own building a successful business through smart decision‑making, operational excellence, and a strong focus on sales growth and efficiency.
In this role, you’ll be a hands‑on leader who nurtures talent and inspires high‑performing teams. By engaging in the hearts and minds of your partners, you’ll coach, develop, and empower individuals to reach their personal best, while fostering a culture where teams can thrive together. To be a Starbucks Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people with:
• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
