Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and caring Preschool Float Teacher to join our childcare center team. This is a full-time position supporting classrooms as needed throughout the day.

Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma required

Early childhood classroom experience strongly preferred

Flexible, reliable, and able to work with different age groups

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, sit on the floor, and rise from the floor without adult assistance

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities:

Support preschool classrooms as needed

Assist with daily routines, activities, and supervision

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
