Pay range: $17.50-$19.50

The Park District Custodian is responsible for the janitorial maintenance of the Tennis Center facility. This position will maintain the Tennis facility by sweeping and mopping all hard surfaces, vacuuming all carpeted areas as needed, and maintaining all restroom and locker room facilities to a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, this position will be responsible for sanitizing all surfaces to maintain a clean work environment including tables, desks, countertops, mirrors, and athletic equipment. The employee shall assist as needed with spills or unexpected cleanup.
Education, Experience and Training:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Illinois State Drivers License (Class D)
High School degree preferred
CPR/AED Certification preferred, training provided
One year custodial experiance preferred
Hours:
The Park District Custodian reports directly to the Facility Maintenace Manager, at the Tennis Center. This position works a minimum of 40 hours per week including mainly evening shifts Tuesday - Saturday.
