•          Atleast 4+ years in managing application support for mission critical IT applications in the financial services space
•          Hands on experience with ITIL based support framework
•          Managed multi-locational teams with different technology needs
•          Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders on incident and issue management
•          Adept at Stakeholder Management across organization including up to CXO levels
•          Experienced in implementing processes and best practices for application support
•          Involved with stringent SLAs based support regime
•          Should have had experience in defining continuous improvement plans
•          Will be required to take overall ownership of support for a suite of mission critical applications
