We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paramedic to provide on-site occupational health services in a professional project-based environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition from reactive emergency care to proactive injury prevention and workforce health support.
What This Role Is
This is on-site medical coverage for large-scale construction projects in New Carlisle, IN.
You’ll work inside a dedicated site clinic and provide:
Injury assessment and treatment
OSHA documentation and reporting
First aid and emergency response
Worker health monitoring
Collaboration with site safety teams
Coordination with local EMS when necessary
This is not a traditional 911 ambulance role.
You will build relationships with crews, operate with autonomy, and play a critical role in keeping projects moving safely.

Key Responsibilities
Perform injury assessment, triage, and treatment
Deliver first aid and emergency medical response
Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
Conduct pre-employment and ongoing occupational health screenings
Support risk management and workers’ compensation processes
Collaborate with site leadership to promote a culture of safety
Qualifications
Current ACLS certification required
OSHA-30 Certification required within 90 days of employment (this is company provided via online education).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Healthcare Provider
Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred
Current state Paramedic licensure
Relevant certifications as required by project
Minimum of two years of Paramedic experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
