Full Time Night Auditor

We are looking for a service-oriented, excited and hospitable individual to work on our Rock Star Guest Service Team at the Staybridge Suites Chantilly. The Night Auditor is an 11pm-7am overnight shift and is responsible for delivering exceptional service during the arrival process and with our many residents at the hotel. Our part-time position typically works Mon-Fri. This is a fantastic job for an outgoing person who love to meet people from all over the world. Our environment is fun & highly interactive.

Essential job functions include:

HOSPITALITY. Your number one job duty is to engage with the guests. We are a multi-year award winning hotel taking pride in the extraordinary customer service we give! Position includes running an end-of-day procedure in our property management system and preparing reports.
The secondary portions of this position include but are not limited to: preparing arrivals, phone handling, high computer interaction, multi-tasking, cash handling.
Night Auditors MUST have a CLEAR Criminal and Credit background. Job Requirements also include meeting hotel standards for guest service and work habits; and other duties as assigned.
