Location: Hybrid – San Diego & Imperial County, CA
We are hiring a full-time HR Coordinator with experience and knowledge of state, county, and federal regulations and government-funded contracts. This role supports daily Human Resources operations and ensures compliance with labor laws, funding requirements, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
Ensure HR compliance with state, county, and federal regulations
Maintain personnel files and HR documentation for government contracts
Track employee credentials, trainings, and compliance requirements
Support onboarding, recruitment, and payroll coordination
Assist with audits, monitoring reviews, and compliance reporting
Education:
Master’s degree required in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Qualifications:
Experience with government-funded programs or contracts required
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60,000 annually
