You’ll work closely with Process Engineers, Project Managers, and the DevOps team to design, implement, and refine prompt-driven and API-integrated systems. This is not an agency or freelance gig — we’re hiring someone who wants to grow with us long-term and own end-to-end automation systems.

• Build prompt chains and automation logic to solve business problems
• Integrate tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, and CRMs

• Monitor and QA automations for performance, accuracy, and edge cases
• Document your workflows clearly for internal teams and clients
• Collaborate closely with non-technical teams to improve and scale processes
• Troubleshoot and debug logic, prompt issues, or tool integration failures
• Create video walkthroughs or step-by-step guides when needed
Success Metrics
• Number of workflows deployed and adopted
• Time saved / manual tasks eliminated for ops teams
• Quality and reliability of automations (uptime, error rate)
• Communication clarity and documentation quality
• Responsiveness and ability to iterate based on feedback
What You’ll Get
• Work-from-home flexibility, no commute
• Long-term career path and upskilling support
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and global teams
• Training and mentorship from senior DevOps + client services team
• Tight-knit, professional culture that values autonomy and growth
