We’re building a custom, data-driven web application that will keep evolving over time. This is a real product/system with database logic, admin workflows, user roles, and ongoing improvements; not a marketing site, landing page, or WordPress project.

We’re looking for a Brazil-based Full Stack Developer (solo or a small team) who can take ownership of delivery, maintenance, and continuous iteration. You’ll work directly with the founder, under NDA, with a long-term collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve a custom web application with both frontend and backend ownership
• Design and implement APIs, business logic, and database structure
• Create and maintain admin panels for frequent data entry and updates
• Implement user authentication, roles, and permissions
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability as the product grows
• Maintain the existing system: bug fixes, refactors, upgrades, and new features
• Propose practical technical improvements (architecture, tooling, security, DX)
• Communicate clearly: progress updates, tradeoffs, and realistic timelines

• Not a WordPress site
• Not a short-term freelance gig
• Not a design-only role

Requirements:
• Based in Brazil (mandatory)
• Strong experience with both frontend and backend development
• Experience building web applications with database and admin panels
• Comfortable working on long-term projects, not one-off builds
• Able to maintain, improve, and scale an existing system
• Willing to work under NDA

Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS or internal platforms

• Experience owning projects end-to-end
• Ability to suggest architecture and process improvements
• Familiarity with secure development practices (auth, data protection, auditability)
