The Role

Fullstack TypeScript Engineer
Ready to code the future of digital marketing? We're looking for a brilliant Fullstack TypeScript Engineer to join our globally distributed, remote-first team.

At Aspire, we're revolutionizing how iconic brands harness the power of authentic human connections. We've helped Samsung, Dyson, and HelloFresh transform their marketing through influencers, user-generated content, and brand advocates.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Your Mission

• Architect and build game-changing customer facing features that our customers will love

• Collaborate across teams to turn ambitious ideas into elegant solutions

• Lead technical initiatives that help global brands connect with their communities

• Create cutting-edge web applications in a supportive, innovation-friendly environment

Our Tech Stack:
Frontend: React, TypeScript
Backend: NodeJS, Python, Django, GraphQL
Database: PostgreSQL (Google Cloud SQL), Google Cloud Datastore
Testing: Jest, Playwright
DevOps: Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Tasks
Monitoring: Datadog, Rollbar, Google Error Monitoring
Tooling: GitHub, Jira, VS Code, Cursor, Storybook, Auth0AI agentic coding encouraged and supported

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years crafting exceptional web applications

• Strong command of both frontend and backend technologies

• Problem-solver who genuinely cares about delivering amazing user experiences

• Team player who takes ownership and ships with pride

• Solid understanding of APIs and database architecture

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with mobile-friendly PWAs or React Native

• Knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing tech

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or content creation

The base salary for this role is between $150,000-200,000. This role will not be eligible for bonuses.

Our Compensation Philosophy: We take a market-based approach to compensation, using benchmarking tools to compare this role against similar positions at comparable companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise. Pay bands may also be adjusted for other countries based on region-specific market standards.
