Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join its BPCE SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department, that has a strong background in Java, Angular and Spring Boot. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams and driving technical projects. You will play a crucial role in our software development lifecycle, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development process. 
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Oversee code quality and ensure best practices are followed within the team. 
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design. 
• Drive the migration of existing applications to modern Java and Angular frameworks (experience in migration projects is a plus). 
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations. 

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead with expertise in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. 
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. 
• Experience with application migration projects (Java to Angular and Spring Boot) is a significant advantage. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
