What you’ll achieve
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end in a patient data aggregation platform used daily by clinicians—building intelligent data summarization and timeline experiences, integrating AI services, and ensuring strict EU regulatory compliance—making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
• Take technical ownership of features from concept to production, following engineering best practices with comprehensive automated testing (E2E and unit/component) and a disciplined quality assurance workflow.
• Build and extend interactive patient timelines and data summarization views, supporting structured clinical data, aggregated records, and AI-generated insights
• Automate delivery with containerised builds, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

Essential Requirements
• 5+ years of professional full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; solid grasp of modern web development patterns.
• Experience building production web applications with NestJS, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side architecture.
• Proficiency with relational databases and an ORM; able to design schemas, write migrations, and optimize queries.
• Testing experience with Playwright (E2E) and Vitest (unit/integration); experienced with code reviews and quality-driven workflows.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions (or similar) for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to build and maintain complex, reliable software at scale.
Desirable Requirements
• Healthcare domain exposure or experience working in other regulated environments; knowledge of medical data standards such as FHIR, HL7, or DICOM.
• Experience with data aggregation pipelines or integrating AI/LLM APIs for summarization and data extraction in production applications.
• Familiarity with containerised deployments, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
