WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
As part of our team, you will work on critical systems for the space sector, developing high-quality web applications that support real operating environments. Your work will help to design, implement, and develop software components that are key to our client's operational success. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions with a direct impact on daily satellite operations.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Designing, developing, and maintaining web solutions that support satellite control systems.
Implementing frontend interfaces and backend services in a clean and easy-to-maintain manner.
Contribute to system architecture, technical discussions, and design decisions.
Collaborate in an agile environment with other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, performance, reliability, and development practices.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with solid technical knowledge and a passion for modern web development to join the team responsible for the satellite control center of one of Europe's leading operators.
The following skills are required for this position:
Relevant experience in developing backend and frontend solutions within complex systems.
Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially React and Node.js.
Solid knowledge of testing practices: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
Good knowledge of software engineering principles, clean code, and modular design.
Fluent spoken and written English.
We will also value knowledge of:
Practical knowledge of Python 3.
Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
Familiarity with other languages used in our systems: Java and C++.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI, HTML/CSS, and web design principles.
Experience with Git, branched workflows, and collaborative development.
Knowledge of CI/CD, automation tools, and pipelines.
Interest in TDD, hexagonal architecture, and clean design approaches.
