About the Role

Are you excited about building world-class platforms that power mission-critical software at scale? B3 enables enterprise manufacturers to digitize their operations and leverage AI to dramatically enhance performance. As a Full Stack .NET Software Engineer, you'll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to understand customer challenges and deliver products that solve them.

The ideal candidate is comfortable across the entire software development lifecycle — designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications. You should be fluent in multiple technologies, able to write high-quality, maintainable code, and confident working in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll apply your creativity, problem-solving skills, and engineering mindset to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

About You

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET (MVC/Core).

Experience developing web applications using C#, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database design.

Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within complex systems.

Bonus Points

Experience with or interest in AI and Machine Learning.

Hands-on exposure to LLMs.

Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps)

Understanding of Data Science workflows or industrial data.
