The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Java Developer with a proactive mindset to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in designing and delivering technology solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using the tech stack (Java, Spring MVC, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL)
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable solutions for the client’s application portfolio
Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing applications as needed
Update assigned Jira tickets with status and define requirements and create Jira tickets for technical components directly related to expertise
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Java development experience
3+ years of experience with Spring MVC (or Spring Framework)
4+ years of experience with front-end technologies (JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
3+ years of experience working with SQL and relational databases
Experience supporting enterprise or legacy web applications is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Experience using JIRA is a plus

Salary range of $110,000-$130,000*
