The Role

We are looking for a Development Team Lead with a strong background in full-stack engineering to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building scalable web applications and has prior leadership experience managing a team of engineers.

As a Team Lead, you will guide a talented group of developers, helping them grow technically and professionally while driving the successful delivery of high-impact projects. You’ll be responsible for technical decision-making, mentoring, and collaboration across teams, ensuring we build high-quality, maintainable, and performant applications.

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend/full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React or significant experience in other frameworks).

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define and execute technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability across the team.

• Take ownership of the team’s technical roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery execution.

• Conduct code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or significant experience in other frameworks).

• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, NgRx, etc.) and component-based architectures.

• Experience with testing and monitoring of client applications.

• Understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar) and API integration.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

• Passion for team building, mentorship, and delivering high-quality software.
