Full-Stack Engineer - Team Resolve

About the role

Taktile is building Case Management, our native human-in-the-loop system for compliance, fraud, and risk teams. We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join Team Resolve shipping production features that handle real AML investigations, fraud reviews, and underwriting exceptions. If you want to own features end-to-end, work directly with customers, and see your code in production fast, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across the full stack: TypeScript/React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend on AWS Lambda. Own features from design review to deployment, including bulk case actions, entity lifecycle management, analytics dashboards, and audit trails for compliance requirements.

• Participate in team rituals including daily syncs, sprint planning, demos, and technical deep-dives. You'll over time join our working hours team support rotation.

• Work directly with Product and Design on customer feedback loops. Shape the roadmap based on what you learn from the code and from users.

Requirements

• Hybrid role based in Berlin or Iași. We collaborate in person regularly and don't offer remote-only for this position.

• Fluent English required. You'll write design docs, review PRs with context, and occasionally join customer calls.

• Strong engineering fundamentals: you can build clean APIs, debug production issues, and know when to refactor vs. ship.

• Passion for owning systems end-to-end, including the willingness to operate them in production, i.e. ramp up with incident response.

Required Experience

• Production experience with TypeScript and React: you understand component design, performance optimization, and can debug complex state management issues.

• Production experience with Python: you've shipped APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django and understand async patterns, error handling, and database transactions.

• Proficient in REST API design and can create endpoints that scale and maintain over time.

Ideal, But Not Required

• Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Postgres, Pydantic, or SQLAlchemy.

• Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements (GDPR, SOC2) or previous on-call experience.
