Full Stack Engineer, Retail Wallet Services

About the Team

The Retail team plays a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and maintaining the wallet infrastructure that powers Fireblocks’ retail customers. We’re a product team with strong infrastructure and scale DNA, responsible for:

• Reliably providing blockchain information and wallet-related data

• Orchestrating complex operations across multiple blockchains

• Continuously supporting new use cases and introducing new product offerings for high-scale customers

You’ll work on systems that handle high-volume transactions and rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystems, while helping deliver a polished, intuitive product experience for millions of end users.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services and rich frontend experiences that power Fireblocks’ retail wallet products

• Own features across the stack: from architecture and design, through implementation and testing, to deployment and ongoing optimization

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact capabilities for retail customers

• Work with blockchain data and wallet flows to ensure reliable, performant, and secure behavior at scale

• Help evolve our architecture, observability, and engineering practices to support growing traffic, new blockchains, and new product offerings

• Contribute to a culture of quality, security, and collaboration through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in architecting and building complex, large-scale web applications

• Proven record of bringing UX and product designs to production in complex web applications

• Experience with React on the frontend and Node.js (or similar) on the backend

• Experience writing code in Agile environments with CI/CD practices

• An excellent team player who can also independently explore, propose, and implement well-thought-out solutions

• Ability to lead development projects end-to-end – from design and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent knowledge

Big Advantages

• Experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., EVM chains, wallets, on-chain integrations)

• Solidity experience – writing, deploying, testing, or interacting with smart contracts in production environments

• Experience maintaining, testing, and securing smart contract systems post-deployment

• Experience with MobX in production React applications

• Experience with security products or other high-sensitivity domains
