Your Mission

As a Full Stack Engineer in our Real Estate vertical, you’ll work on the seller leads and mandate

acquisition domain. This area directly impacts how we attract, qualify, and convert sellers on our

platform.

You’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term system health. That means building features

that ship fast while keeping architecture, performance, and reliability in mind. You’ll take real

ownership across the stack, question assumptions when needed, and help the team

continuously improve how we design, build, and operate our services.

You’ll be part of a distributed team working across Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France,

Germany, and India. We collaborate closely, share context openly, and treat learning as part of

the job.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, test, and deliver features that create measurable value for users.
• Translate product ideas and high-level requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Own services end-to-end, from implementation and testing to deployment, monitoring, and incident follow-up.
• Contribute to the stability and evolution of our microservices architecture.
• Improve code quality, architecture, tooling, alerts, and monitoring where you see gaps.
• Drive technical discussions and share knowledge within the team.
• Support and mentor other engineers through reviews, pairing, and coaching.
• Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations and system reliability.

Frontend

• Vue.js and React
• TypeScript
• Client-side, server-side, pre-rendered, and hybrid web applications

Backend

• Node.js with TypeScript
• Serverless and microservices architecture on AWS
• Core services: Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3

Observability & Tooling

• Datadog and Sentry for monitoring and alerting
• Backstage for service and documentation management

Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.

What You Bring

• Strong English communication skills.
• 3+ years of frontend experience with React and/or Vue.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining services in Node.js.
• Good understanding of system design and microservices architecture.
• A proactive mindset toward improving processes, monitoring, and reliability.
• Clear ownership of what your team builds and runs.
• A learning-oriented attitude with a bias toward action.
• Comfort speaking up, giving feedback, and challenging ideas constructively.
