As our platform continues to grow in scale and complexity, we need engineers who can think beyond a single product or feature and help strengthen the foundations that everything else is built on. The Platform team works horizontally across the entire system, tackling high-impact, project-based initiatives that enable teams to move faster, build more consistently, and operate more reliably. You’ll help shape core platform capabilities that power all of Triple Whale, making this a role with broad visibility, ownership, and impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of the Platform team on project-based initiatives that span the entire product and support multiple engineering teams

• Design, build, and maintain shared systems, services, and tooling that improve scalability, reliability, and developer velocity

• Develop end-to-end solutions across the stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend components when needed

• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and application teams to identify platform needs and deliver high-impact solutions

• Improve platform architecture, performance, and technical health through refactoring, better abstractions, and thoughtful system design

• Support a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and problems are solved iteratively and pragmatically

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, working across frontend and backend systems

• Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)

• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies

• Experience with NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch)

• Experience working with microservices and distributed systems

• Comfort operating in a cloud environment (GCP experience is a strong plus)

• Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Bonus Points If You Bring

• Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Familiarity with analytics or column-based databases (e.g., BigQuery, ClickHouse)

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or platform-oriented team
