About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to collaborate with Motive stakeholders in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI solutions and internal software. This position bridges engineering and product delivery, requiring both strong technical skills in AI/ML and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams. As a key technical contributor, you will ensure our AI solutions are robust, scalable, and deliver meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

Engineering & Execution

• Build & Deploy: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy AI solutions seamlessly integrated into client workflows.

• Pipeline Development: Contribute to the design and optimization of AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model fine-tuning, and inference processes.

• Prototyping: Create proof-of-concept solutions and support the transition to scalable, production-ready systems.

• Full-Stack Development: Develop, implement, and deploy full-stack applications or microservices, integrating APIs and CMS platforms.

Collaboration & Process

• Collaborate: Partner with Architects and Product teams to gather requirements and implement GenAI solutions.

• Iterate: Rapidly build and refine proof-of-concepts based on feedback to achieve quick technical wins.

• Best Practices: Develop reusable components, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and uphold engineering best practices.

• Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation for codebases, prompt patterns, and internal tools.

Advisory & Support

• Technical Support: Translate business objectives into actionable technical tasks and implementation plans.

• Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify areas where AI can enhance existing workflows or capabilities.

Engineering Excellence

• Fine-Tuning: Customize foundation models through fine-tuning and prompt engineering to meet specific needs.

• Integration: Develop APIs and SDKs to connect AI systems with enterprise applications.

Quality Assurance: Guarantee that solutions meet high standards for performance, reliability, and security.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied AI roles

• Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI principles

• Proven ability to build APIs and work with distributed systems

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to clearly explain technical concepts to both team members and stakeholders

• Background in customer-facing or collaborative engineering environments

• Full-Stack Experience: At least 2 years developing production software, with familiarity in front-end (React.js, Next.js) and back-end (Node.js) technologies

• GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or vector databases

• Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to evolving requirements
