About the Role
You will play a key role in the continued development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and the next phase of our internal tools. This role requires a self-driven, experienced developer who is thorough, structured, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of technical decisions and feature delivery.
Tech Stack
• Backend technologies include PHP, the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and a Docker Sail development environment.
• The current frontend stack is React.js.
What You Will Do
• Develop, maintain, and support internal systems and long-term internal tools.
• Take ownership of features, technical choices, implementation, and testing.
• Work independently as the primary developer while collaborating closely with the product team.
• Ensure detailed, thorough, and well-structured implementations.
• Think beyond code-first execution and take a product ownership mindset.
Requirements:
What You Bring
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with application containerization.
• Senior-level, real-world development experience.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables,
• Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
• Comfort working on long-term products rather than short-term engagements.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
