Full Stack Engineer (f/d/m)

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale the robust technical foundations of our multi-asset climate platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software, transitioning complex climate data into seamless, impactful user experiences for the world’s leading enterprises.

YOUR MISSION:
• Own the end-to-end development of scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and reliability across the entire stack.

• Architect and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript to support complex climate asset orchestration.

• Build intuitive, responsive front-end components using React that simplify fragmented market data for our global enterprise clients.

• Design and optimize secure REST APIs and relational database schemas, specifically leveraging PostgreSQL for data-driven precision.

• Drive software engineering excellence by implementing clean code practices, comprehensive testing, and maintainable architectures.

• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications within AWS environments, utilizing CI/CD best practices to ensure continuous delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including AI agents, into our core product offering.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• 5+ years of experience building and operating complex web applications in a production environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and solid fundamentals in modern web development.

• Proven track record with Node.js for backend services and React for modern front-end frameworks. Experience with frameworks such as NestJS and Next.js is a plus.

• Deep understanding of REST API design, including versioning, security, and long-term maintenance.

• Strong experience in data modeling and performance optimization with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.

• Commitment to software best practices, including version control via Git, rigorous code reviews, and automated testing.

• Proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in leveraging AI to solve complex engineering challenges.

• Fluency in English is required.

• A valid working permit in Germany

The recruitment process entails the following:

• Introductory call with the Talent Team to discuss your background and CEEZER's mission.

• Technical interview with Felipe (SVP Tech) or Fabio (TL) focusing on system architecture and coding fundamentals.

• Live coding session to demonstrate hands-on problem-solving.
